Occasional overnight guests are welcome. The sofa bed can be used as a guest bed for up to 2 persons, making it suitable for short visits. For an additional person staying regularly or as an additional occupant, €50/month applies to cover the additional utility costs.

PARKING
Parking on the property is available for an additional €75/month, subject to availability.
PETS
Pets are welcome upon approval.
For rentals with pets, a €500 final cleaning fee applies instead of the standard €250 fee. This includes additional deep cleaning of the apartment and professional wet cleaning of the mattress by a specialized cleaning company.

A Wohnungsgeberbestätigung (official landlord confirmation of residence) can be provided if required.
