I was offered to represent a historic villa with 3 apartments in IDAR-OBERSTEIN.
The friendly owner recently bought the villa and would love to rent out to US Americans if they like the location. The villa was recently fully renovated and modernized and comes with its own park!
Idar-Oberstein is approx. 60 miles from Wiesbaden so probably too far for USAG Wiesbaden but an ideal location for the Baumholder community with only approx. 12 miles away.
Idar-Oberstein is located approx. 40 miles from the KMC.
I do not have much to present at this point but the owner and I agreed to post this information to see if any group members could be interested in renting in Idar-Oberstein as a location.
