The best hooptie you can own in Germany! You won’t find another like this! This is a great daily driver, project car and head turner. I was the first owner and lots of memories are in this car!
No 20 year old car is without issue but most owners don’t invest the money into needed repairs before selling. This car has a perfect body with minor defect.
This car has 160k Miles with a rebuilt transmission from a vehicle with only 40k miles, new driveshaft, rear differential, timing chain, ECU, new battery, coil over suspension, 2 amplifiers for speakers and subwoofer and new rims/tires.
It has a, custom two tone paint job, ECG classic grill, aftermarket spoiler, Volant air intake, strut tower bar from a CTS-V, tri-lock antitheft system and custom cat back exhaust for those who like a bit of rumble.
Now for the gremlins:
1. Parasitic battery drain if the car sits over a week without being driven. I ordered a remote battery disconnect for this issue.
2. A/C stopped working after recent ECU replacement. Heat and vents works.
3. Sun roof needs repair. It has a few components that have wear.
4. There is something that shorts the interior light fuse impacting only the ceiling lighting.
5. Aftermarket Anti-theft system sometimes does not allow the car to crank on first effort. (rare issue)
6. Sometimes there is water on driver side A pillar during heavy rain, potentially sun roof drain needs service. ( No major flooding or leaking issue).
All this issues have been manageable and not affected the function of the vehicle. With the right owner and love this vehicle can be great addition.
